【The Latest Government Regulations (Effective date: 14 Dec 2022)】 

According to the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation(Cap. 599F), here are the latest arrangements:

“Vaccine Pass” requirements

Under the arrangements for the second stage of the Vaccine Pass (from 30 April to 30 May 2022), except for exempted persons and recovered persons within 6 months from recovery, all persons aged 12 or above are required to have received at least two dose of COVID-19 vaccine for entering or remaining on any specified premises.

All patrons are required to present their printed COVID-19 vaccination record or Medical Exemption Certificate with QR code, or the relevant QR code stored in the 'LeaveHomeSafe', “iAM Smart” or “eHealth” mobile application on their mobile device for scanning using the latest version of the “QR Code Verification Scanner” mobile application developed by the Government, upon entering the cinema.

For patrons exempted from the “Vaccine Pass” requirements, please indicate their exemption and produce the relevant proof as required. If patrons are unable to present their COVID-19 vaccination record, Medical Exemption Certificates or other exemption proof, our cast members may refuse their entry to the specified premises.

Our cinemas reserve the right to refuse entry or remove patrons from the premises, or stop the screening, in the following circumstances: 

  1. Patron registers body temperature higher than 37.5°C; or 
  2. Patron without mask on; or
  3. Unable to provide entry record; or
  4. Patron under Compulsory Home Quarantine
  5. Patron fails to meet the requirements of Vaccine Pass
