The entire event lasts approximately 60 to 70 minutes, including the time required for equipment setup, with the actual screening lasting about 45 minutes. Emperor Cinemas will provide audiences with VR headsets to watch immersive 3D content.
This screening event requires the use of VR equipment, and our staff will guide you on how to use it. To ensure your health and safety, please follow the guidelines below:
- First-time use of VR equipment may cause eye strain or dizziness. If you feel unwell during the experience, please notify our staff immediately.
- To ensure the proper functioning of VR equipment and provide the best viewing experience, please do not bring any food or beverages into the theatre.
- Be mindful of your surroundings while wearing VR equipment to avoid collisions or falls.
- If you have epilepsy, vertigo, or any condition that may be triggered by light stimulation, please consult a doctor before using the VR equipment.
- Before each use, please apply the face cover provided by us.
- Wearing glasses may affect the fit and viewing experience of the VR equipment. We recommend using contact lenses or seeking assistance from our staff.
- Please handle the VR equipment with care. Intentional damage will result in compensation at the full price.
- Emperor Cinemas will not be held responsible for any health issues arising from personal medical conditions (e.g., sudden illness or discomfort) during the screening.
Hong Kong premium redemption:
1. Purchasing a ticket for the CHA EUN-WOO VR CONCERT: MEMORIES at the box office or online and completing the registration will allow participation in the "Unlock Mission." When the cumulative number of participants reaches 6,000, the "Surprise Gift" will be successfully unlocked. Please stay updated on the unlock progress via the announcements on Emperor Cinemas' Facebook and Instagram pages.
2. VIP Members are entitled to receive one “FOUR CUT PHOTO” upon purchasing one ticket for "CHA EUN-WOO VR CONCERT: MEMORIES" using the "VIP Members" ticket types^.
