Synopsis
Totto-chan is a lively seven-year-old girl who is always very excited about everything. But because of her excitement, she gets kicked out of her regular school. She starts going to a new school called Tomoe Gakuen, where the children are allowed to explore their interests freely. Even though Japan is in the middle of World War II, Totto-chan does well in this school and enjoys herself.
