1. The Promotion Period runs from 18th December 2023 until 30th June 2024 or until the quota is filled.
2. The Promotion is only applicable to Emperor Cinemas’ official website (https://www.emperorcinemas.com/en) and Apps of Emperor Cinema Management Limited (the “Participating Merchant”). For the avoidance of doubt, all offline channels of the Participating Merchant are not included in this Promotion, subject to Clause 8 of this Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promotion is only applicable to cardholders (the "Eligible Cardholders") holding below valid Mastercard cards (“Eligible Mastercard Cards”) issued in Hong Kong:

4. The Eligible Cardholders can enjoy 20% cash rebate capped at HK$40 upon a single net spending of HK$160 or above (“Offer”) using the Eligible Mastercard Cards transacting at the Participating Merchant for each transaction. Each Eligible Mastercard Card is entitled to the Offer maximum 5 times (totally 5 transactions) during the whole Promotion Period.
5. The Offer is subject to a quota of 48,000 and on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligible Cardholders can purchase up to a maximum of 8 tickets for each transaction.
6. Net spending means the final amount charged to the Eligible Mastercard Cards. The use of any bank cards’ bonus points, cash or gift vouchers, other discounts or offers will not be taken into account when calculating net spending.
7. Mastercard will credit the rebates to the Eligible Mastercard Cards account directly by 31st July 2024. The Eligible Mastercard Cards must be still valid and in good standing, otherwise the Eligible Cardholders will be deemed to have forfeited the Offers.
8. The Promotion is also not applicable to other transactions including any orders and services made by offline purchase, all other transactions without sales slips, any split transactions and any unauthorized transactions are not eligible for the Promotion. Any unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified transactions are also excluded. Rebate will be cancelled or returned along with any cancelled or reversed transactions.
9. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, gift, service or discount.
10. All images and details are for reference only.
11. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or promotional discount coupons.
12. Mastercard will determine the eligibility of all Offers based on transaction records held by Mastercard. In case of any disputes, Mastercard’s records shall prevail.
13. Customers must keep original sales slips (or equivalent) of all posted transactions. Mastercard reserves the right to request customers to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification. All sales slips submitted to Mastercard will not be returned.
14. All products or services provided by the Participating Merchant during this Promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by the Participating Merchant through using Eligible Mastercard Cards of the customers
15. This promotion is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions which may be stipulated from time to time by the Participating Merchant. Mastercard and the Participating Merchant reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the joint decision of Mastercard and the Participating Merchant shall be final.
16. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
