How to Renew VIP Membership with Promo Code via Emperor Cinemas Website or Mobile App

1. Log in your VIP membership account via Emperor Cinemas website or mobile app
2. Open membership menu bar and select "e-Membership Card"
3. Click "Renew"
4. Enter Promo Code received via email, click "Apply" until you see "Payment Amount (Discounted Fee)"
5. Select payment method and click "Confirm"
6. Reconfirm transaction amount, complete the payment with credit card
7. Receive membership renewal confirmation email

Terms and Conditions:

1. Campaign starts at 12:00nn on 9 January 2023 and ends at 11:59pm on 12 March 2023. The records in Emperor Cinemas' computer system are final.
2. The first 200 VIP members who successfully completed VIP membership renewal via website or mobile app per week are eligible to one Emperor Cinemas (Lisboeta Macau) Movie e-Voucher. Eligible VIP member shall receive Movie e-Voucher via email within 5 working days after the end of designated week.
3. Each VIP member is entitled to a maximum of one Emperor Cinemas (Lisboeta Macau) Movie e-Voucher in this campaign.
4. Movie e-Voucher is redeemable for a Emperor Cinemas (Lisboeta Macau) 2D movie ticket at box office, website or app with e-Voucher Code, on or before 30 June 2023. This voucher is not applicable for branches out of Macau Region, VIP Theatre - the CORONET, preview shows, film festivals, alternative programs, live broadcast programs, bulk purchase and house booking and movie with special engagement with film distributors; a surcharge is required for long movies, 3D movies, IMAX 2D / 3D movies, 4D movies, ATMOS movies, movies with special engagement with film distributors and designated movies.
5. Movie e-Voucher is non-redeemable for cash or exchanged for other goods or resold or used in conjunction with any other promotion offers.
6. Movie e-Voucher can be used once and redeemable for one movie ticket only. Please keep the voucher secure to prevent from being stolen and cause losses. The voucher will be invalidated if lost, stolen, defaced, altered or damaged. Invalid voucher is non-refundable and non-replaceable, Emperor Cinemas will not provide any compensations.
7. Member can login "e-Memebership Card" via Emperor Cinemas website, mobile app to renew VIP membership within 30 days prior to the date of expiry. Membership will be extended for additional 1 year from the date of expiry after renewal.
8. Member must renew membership within 30 days prior to date of expiry to retain the validity of token accumulated in current membership year for a maximum of one membership year. Any expired token shall be forfeited automatically and member shall not be entitled to any form of compensation.
9. 80 tokens earned by membership renewal can be used starting from the first day of next membership year.
10. VIP members shall receive the following ticket and concession cash e-coupons as renewal gift: 1pc Pre-packaged Popcorn Complimentary e-Coupon, 2pcs $20 Ticket Discount Coupon, 2pcs VIP House Ticket 30% OFF Coupon, 2pcs $10 OFF Deep-fried Snack Coupon, 2pcs $15 OFF Deep-fried Snack Coupon, 2pcs $10 OFF Burger / Hotdog Combo Coupon, 2pcs $15 OFF Burger / Hotdog Combo Coupon and 3pcs $10 OFF Mocktail Coupon.

12. Emperor Cinemas accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, wrong, unidentifiable or incomplete renewal due to malfunction of any computer, smartphone or internet network and the participants will be regarded as failing to complete VIP membership renewal under these situations.
13. Emperor Cinemas reserves the right to disqualify any participants without prior notice if the participants are found to use plugins, empty or fake accounts or improper practice violating these Terms and Conditions to participate in the Campaign.
