For your own safety, MX4D movies may not be suitable for:

                ●            Persons who suffer from high blood pressure, heart conditions, backs or neck conditions, epilepsy, or any type of medical condition affecting the senses of smell, vision, or hearing.

                ●            Persons of elderly or with disabilities or pregnant women.

                ●            Persons with sensitivities to scent, loud noises, or flashing lights.

                ●            Persons suffering from breathing or respiratory problems, such as allergies or scent sensitivities.

                ●            Persons prone to motion sickness.

                ●            Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.

                ●            Person under 100cm tall or persons over 90kg weight.

2.            Child ticket holder is not permitted to enter the cinema house unless accompanied by an adult.

3.            Children are not permitted to sit on the lap of their guardian. All children must be seated in their own seats and must be seated next to their accompanying guardian. Use of booster seats is not permitted. If you are accompanying a minor, you are solely responsible for their compliance with these guidelines.

                It is your responsibility to inform them about the rules and supervise them at all times.

4.            Seat belts must be worn if available.

5.            Advertising shown prior to the start of the film may be presented with MX4D effects.

6.            Don’t stand on the footrests. Using caution when getting on or off the MX4D motion chairs.

7.            Please remain seated at all times during the movie unless you are getting up to leave the cinema house.

8.            All beverages must be covered with a lid to prevent spills and avoid consuming suring the special effects. Caution should be uses with ice-cream and hot beverage, such as tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

9.            Don’t put your arms or legs in between the seats. Personal belongings must not be stored in the space between the seats or obstruct the aisles.

10.          Ensure that your belongings will not fall, spill, leak, blow away or stain. Items that are not properly secured may directly interfere with the MX4D special effects thus are prohibited to bring into the cinema house.

11.          Scent, bubbles and water effects may stain cloth, especially silk. You are not recommended to wear any delicate clothing that could be affected by the special effects. Please make measures to protect clothing against such conditions.

12.          For your own safety, don’t get close to the special effects units, especially the blowers or jets.

13.          Due to the nature of the MX4D experience, the environment is not suitable for service animals and may cause them to become frightened or anxious. In order to ensure their safety and safety of their customers, you are strongly recommended not to bring the service animals into the cinema house.

14.          If you have a medical condition or disability that may be impacted by the MX4D experience, it is strongly recommended that you consult with your physician before participating.

15.          Please inform our staff immediately if you are feeling unwell or if there is any incident during the screening.

16.          Some viewers may suffer from a loss of balance, headaches, locomotor system pain, dizziness, problems caused by jets of air, fog effects or scents, and in extraordinary cases, epilepsy-like symptoms, during or after the MX4D experience.

17.          The English version of these safety guidelines and warning shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between then English and Chinese versions.
